Top 10 Shortlisted Agora App Landscape photographs

Recently #Landscape2020 organized by photo app Agora a contest in which the many people participated and There are around 50 selected photos from which we have selected our Top 10. 

Agora organized a open contest and asked photographers around the world to send their best entry. A total of 14,739 photos were submitted and out of which competition judges finalized 50 entries. Then Agora users were asked to vote for the best picture they think.  

Location: Haifoss waterfall, Iceland

An Italian guy Filippo Bellisola, captured this stunning picture at very first day in Iceland . He stated: 'It was my very first day in Iceland. At this moment I realised how incredible our earth is and how many other beautiful places I was about to see during the trip' Bellisola was one of 5 Finalist.

This incredible image was snapped in the Italian Dolomites by French photographer Ghislain Fave. He said: 'I was amazed by the location of that little church, just in front of the peaks of Tre Cime di Lavaredo'


Dutch photographer Michelle Wandering snapped this scene in the Italian Dolomites. She said: 'Visiting the Dolomites last year was such a crazy experience. I loved every single view and moment of it, even though it was freezing and I’m not a fan of cold weather!'

Photographer Olivier Vandeginste, who lives in Belgium, captured this eye-popping scene in Zeebrugge. He said: 'I went to the beach to photograph a fireworks festival but a thunderstorm took all of the attention away. On the left side, you can see Zeebrugge Harbour with its many wind turbines and in the background, you can see nature producing electricity'


This striking lighthouse in Iceland was snapped by British photographer Matt Cannon. He said: 'This lighthouse stands guard day and night through storms and through beautiful sunsets. I wanted to capture it standing strong and braving all elements'

The overall winning image - by Australian photographer Luke Simpson. He snapped it in Goblin Valley State Park in Utah. He said: 'It was a totally unplanned shot on our American road trip.' For winning the contest, he scoops $1,000 in prize money

Poul was one of Top 5 Finalist, He belongs to Russia and shot this picture from Russia Lake Baikal Caves where no one can visit in Summer even through boat, the only time you can visit there is winter.
He said it was like Mirror spreading along the ground

Jeffreyjkieffer (Australia) captured this picture in Iceland with a line- nothing is permanent in this world. He explained these caves are solid, some time melt and floods.

@dcoedel From Spain explined this images as : I dressed in dark clothes to highlight my silhouette in the sky, which at sunset was white, but also to highlight the volume of the natural bridge.
